There is a ground floor bedroom with a double bed with french doors that give access to the rear garden.
The rear garden has an artificial grass area and a part covered paved terrace for entertaining.
Head up to the first Floor which consists of Living room with Juliet balcony with Views over green open spaces.
In the living area is a 42inch TV and DVD player .

On the same floor is a kitchen Dining room, fully fitted with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob and grill with Dining table and chairs to seat up to 8 adults.
On the second floor is a Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and views over Rutland Water and green spaces. The bedroom leads through to the ensuite with double shower cubicle.
In the Second bedroom with views over the garden there are twin beds which upon request can be converted to a double with a double wardrobe for belongings.
In the Third bedroom there are bunk beds and views over the garden.
Also on this level is a bathroom with shower over bath.
